Green Pointe is committed to providing you with the finest lawn care available.
Our experience includes treating Utah lawns for more than 28 years. Our lawn technicians are licensed by the State of Utah and we are fully insured. Our standard program includes six (6) seasonal fertilizer applications, broadleaf weed control, early spring pre-emergent crabgrass and spurge control, and an application of liquid iron included with the late spring treatment at no extra charge. We also treat the broadleaf weeds in the cracks of residential driveways and walkways and blow the walkways clean of granular fertilizer if applied. We include these services as part of our annual standard treatment program at no extra charge.
Lawn care treatment programs can begin at any time during the year. Green Pointe Lawn Care’s services are continuous and renew each January. We will send you information each winter regarding upcoming treatments. You can temporarily suspend or cancel service at any time; just notify our office. Lawn care treatments are applied at approximately 4 – 7 week intervals depending on the type of application and weather conditions.
Instructions regarding treatments and a billing invoice will be left at your door following each treatment. Please read and follow all treatment instructions. If you have questions or problems in between treatments, Green Pointe Lawn Care is just a phone call away. All of our standard annual lawn care treatment programs are guaranteed. In addition, as a courtesy to our customers with dogs, locked gates, etc., we will call and notify you prior to your treatment (usually the day before). Continuous Service Treatment Programs
Green Pointe Lawn Care services are continuous, and service can begin at any time during the year. Applications occur at specific times during the season in order to produce optimum results. Your services will automatically renew each January. In the event of a price change, we will notify you before your program renews. You may temporarily suspend or cancel service at any time by notifying us. All unpaid invoices are immediately due and payable upon cancellation.
How To Get The Best Results
Best results following lawn care treatments are obtained by following the proper cultural practices. Regular mowing at the correct height (2-1/2 to 3 inches) with a sharp blade and proper watering are essential. Some products applied with our lawn care treatments require watering in after application to be effective. It is necessary that you water in the treatment if instructed to do so. Instructions will be left at your door following each treatment.
Property Visits
Lawn treatments are made at approximately 4 to 7 week intervals depending on the type of application and weather conditions. Each application is blended to contain the proper nutrients to produce the best results. Applications may be applied in either a liquid or a dry formulation. If you prefer to have your lawn treatments applied as a dry formulation, please let us know. Other types of services and treatments will be performed on a schedule when they will produce the optimum results. Instructions regarding lawn care treatments will be left on your door; please read and follow all treatment instructions.
